Our Plumbing & Drainage Care Plan covers repairs to a range of common household plumbing issues, including:

- Repairs, replacements, and unblocking of external above-ground waste pipes and drains (soil pipes excluded)

Does plumbing cover include leaking pipes?
Yes. Our Plumbing & Drainage Care Plan includes repairs to leaks on hot and cold water pipes inside your property, between the stopcock and your taps or appliances.
Are blocked drains included in plumbing and drainage cover?
Yes. Cover includes repairs, replacement, or unblocking of eligible internal waste pipes, traps and drains, as well as external above-ground waste pipes and drains. Soil pipes and certain exclusions are not included, so please check the full terms of your plan.
Are toilet repairs covered under the plumbing care plan?
Yes. Our plan includes up to three repairs for leaking toilets during your HomeCare subscription term. This includes repairs or replacement of components such as siphons, valves and ballcocks.
Does plumbing cover include replacing taps?
If your taps need replacing, our plan provides a 25% discount on labour charges for replacing taps, including basin, bath, utility, kitchen and outside taps.
Is there an excess to pay when I need a plumber?
No. North Somerset HomeCare offers excess-free plumbing and drainage cover, meaning you won't pay an additional call-out fee for covered repairs. Some providers charge up to £60 excess per visit, making a no-excess plan a more affordable choice.
How quickly can a plumber attend if I have a problem?
